  1. 50ml coconut water
  2. 200ml almond milk
  3. 1 tbsp pea protein powder
  4. ½ cup raspberries
  5. ½ avocado
  6. 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  7. 1 tsp maca powder
  8. 1 tsp bee pollen

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
