Ingredients
  1. ¾ cup oats
  2. ¾ cup rice, almond, hemp or coconut milk
  3. ¼ cup coconut oil
  4. 1 banana
  5. 1 tbsp pea protein
  6. 2 tbsp coconut palm sugar
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Pour mixture into muffin tins and bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until browned
